By joining this Agreement and typing-in the personal information on ak16.online website (hereinafter - the Website), by filling out an online application form (filling out a consultation request) the User (Website visitor):
- confirms that the personal data provided belong to him/her personally; acknowledges and confirms that he/she has carefully read this Agreement and terms of data processing contained therein;
- acknowledges and confirms that he/she understands the provisions of this Agreement and the terms of data processing;
– gives his/her consent to the Website to process the personal data provided when filling out a consultation request;
- agrees to the terms of personal data processing without any reservations or restrictions.
The User (Website visitor) gives his/her consent for data processing as it prescribed in Chapter 2, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On personal data and their protection" dated 21 May 2013 (as of 03.07.2020), and confirms that by giving such consent, he/she acting of his or her own free will and interest. The User's consent for data processing shall be specific, informed and conscious.
This consent of the User (Website visitor) applies to the processing of the following personal data:
- First name, Last name;
- telephone numbers;
- e-mail addresses.
User (Website visitor) grants AK16 the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data:
- collection and accumulation;
- storage within a retention period prescribed by the statutory documents. However, the data shall be stored at least for three years, from the moment the User (Website visitor) discontinues using Website services;
- elaboration (updating, amending);
- use the data to fill out the User's (Website visitor's) application on the Website;
- destruction;
- at the request of the court, including third parties, to transfer the personal data protecting it from unauthorized access or intrusion.
This consent is valid for an indefinite period from the moment the data is provided and can be withdrawn by you by submitting an application to the Website Administration. The consent to personal data processing can be withdrawn by the User (Website visitor) by sending a corresponding order in a simple written form to the e-mail address (E-mail) ak16.house@gmail.com.
The Website is not responsible for the use (both lawful and illegal) by third parties of the information posted by the User (Website visitor) on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution, performed by all possible means. The Website has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update shall be specified. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the date of its hosting, unless otherwise provided
by the new version of the Agreement.
This Agreement and the relationship between the User (Website visitor) and the Website within the Agreement shall be governed by substantive law and procedural law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
