5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration is allowed to pass the personal data to third parties: courier companies, post offices, telecom carriers, etc. solely for fulfilling the User's order placed on ak16.online website.
5.3. Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner and on the grounds set forth by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of the personal data.
5.5. The Website Administration takes all necessary measures to protect personal information of the User from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
5.6. The Website Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent damages or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the User.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Share his/her personal information required for the Website use.
6.1.2. Update or amend his/her personal information if there are any changes.
6.2. The Website Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the information obtained only for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure storage of confidential information in secrecy, not to disclose it without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the User's personal data by other possible means, except as provided for in the clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of User' personal data in accordance with the procedure generally used to protect this type of information in existing business operations.
6.2.4. Block access to personal data relating to an individual User, immediately after the request was submitted by User or his/her legal representative or authorized body, for the protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data during the inspection in case of the detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration shall not be responsible for loss or disclosure of confidential information if said confidential information:
7.1.2. Became a part of the public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.1.3. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.
7.1.4. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. DISPUTES SETTLEMENT
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit concerning disputes between the User and the Website Administration, a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement) shall be submitted.
8.2. Within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of a claim, Claimee shall provide the results of consideration to the claimant in writing.
8.3. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted for consideration to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8.4. The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Website Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the date of its hosting on the Website of the Company, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
